The position offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts (3am–1pm) and a starting pay of $23.55 per hour, plus a bilingual premium for Spanish/English proficiency and a potential raise after training.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master the cheesemaking process (milk receiving, pasteurizer and vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, and shipping).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate production records.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards.
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment.
  • Work closely with a supportive, collaborative team.
