Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a SCIMS Analyst to own the data governing core supply chain items across ERP, procurement, and analytics. You will maintain item master records, support system upgrades, and provide reporting to drive informed decisions.

This role collaborates with finance, operations, and procurement to ensure data accuracy and standardization. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of healthcare supply chain data experience, knowledge of ERP systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle), and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare supply chain or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage data in the ERP and third‑party systems (GHX & Symmetric); create and maintain item master and contracts.
• Develop and enforce item naming conventions, cataloging rules, and attribute standards; ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct data audits to remove duplicates and outdated records; validate item descriptions and specs.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, operations, and finance to align item data with business needs and Workday ERP roadmap.
• Maintain pricing, manufacturer and vendor relationships to support purchasing and production planning using EIB.
• Maintain item master data elements: GTIN, UNSPSC, HCPCS, UPN, UDI, etc.; ensure data completeness.
• Gather reporting needs and develop/enhance reports; support analytics strategies for decision making.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, releases, and enhancements.
