Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Supply Chain Systems & Data Governance Analyst to optimize item master data and empower smarter procurement decisions within a health system. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Accounts Payable to ensure data integrity across ERP and inventory platforms, building meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus healthcare data governance experience.
• Experience with SQL-based data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with ERP, item master governance, and clinical/financial data flows.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME for supply chain systems and data governance across procure-to-pay and item master governance.
• Supports system testing, implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Establishes governance standards for item master data (GTIN, UNSPSC, UOM, etc.).
• Evaluates and implements enhancements to improve data integrity and user experience.
• Translates data insights into strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Develops dashboards and KPIs to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT to ensure charge capture and reimbursement integrity.
• Partners with IT and vendors for interface management and ongoing system optimization.
• Leads or participates in cross-functional projects for supply chain transformation and digital enablement.
• Develops documentation and training materials to support technology adoption.
