Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; or Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management (or related field) with experience in Analytics
- Experience in root cause analysis and data profiling
- Experience with Procurement ERP data and systems (Procurement - P2P, various SAP systems, etc.)
- Experience in data quality testing and test automation using Python (Pandas, PySpark, Pytest, etc.)
- Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau or Streamlit

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Quality Analyst to join Lockheed Martin’s Supply Chain Analytics and Affordability Team. The DQ Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data sets are accurate, reliable, and usable. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assessing and validating data via various techniques such as development and application of unit tests, root cause analysis, and data profiling. Work cross-functionally with data engineers, data scientists, business intelligence developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that data meets both technical and business requirements. The individual must have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with engineering team members and cross-functional business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis of data inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies by tracking down issues all the way back to source systems such as P2P and understanding business processes and their impacts to data quality
- Work with Business Area teams to understand the business requirements and create testing documentation
- Create test strategies, test approaches, and test documentation at various levels of data processing (from raw layer through presentation layer)
- Develop a testing framework and validate data, reports, and dashboards
- Create and implement data monitoring and reporting to detect emerging quality issues
- Create data quality rules and work with various data governance teams to ensure compliance with DG policies

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
