An established industry player is seeking a Data Quality Program Lead to enhance data quality across the enterprise. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership and various teams to implement data quality monitoring capabilities and drive remediation efforts. Supports executive leadership and Vice Presidents on the Data Quality Stakeholder Council to drive the data quality program across the enterprise. Helps lead and coordinate major initiatives supporting Sentara's strategic goals and enterprise data services. Provides guidance on developing data quality monitoring capabilities, drives data remediation efforts, and improves enterprise data quality. Coordinates with teams including enterprise data services, analytics, and strategic business units to advance data quality initiatives. Plays a key role in developing and administering the enterprise-level program.
Understanding of data quality lifecycle management, policies, processes, standards, business analysis, project management, data management, catalog and stewardship management, business process flows, data mapping, process improvement, data visualization, analytic programming, database management (including MDM, ETL, storage, cloud computing), and experience with data from electronic medical records, billing, claims, and financial systems. Business acumen in healthcare and health insurance sectors is also preferred.
Market-competitive pay ranging from $43.95 to $73.26 per hour, with additional incentives such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
