What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis on various disparate healthcare datasets to derive actionable insights
- Aid in the analysis, solution design, development, and delivery for healthcare clients
- Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and maintain the Tableau server
- Manage healthcare taxonomy-related code sets under Master Data Management (MDM) practice
- Present analysis, findings, and insights in relevant internal and external forums
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any science-related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience within the healthcare data analytics industry
- Proficiency in SQL is a must
- Experience in developing dashboards using Tableau
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Data Analyst/Business Data Analyst, preferably with U.S. healthcare clients and Health IT projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to statistical modeling using Python or relevant technologies
- Experience managing Tableau server
- Familiarity with data assets in the population health and managed care space (HEDIS / HCPCS / CPT / FHIR / HL7 data)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management
