The role requires a degree in supply chain or related field, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate materials for production.
• Assist with material planning and scheduling to support production requirements.
• Track incoming shipments, deliveries, and outstanding purchase orders.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality control, and management to resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.
• Assist with evaluating supplier performance, pricing, and delivery reliability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve inventory accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
• Support shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination as needed.
• Prepare reports on purchasing, inventory, material usage, and supply chain performance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform other supply chain and administrative duties as assigned.
