Job summary

You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to keep orders moving, manage logistics, purchasing, and vendor communications, and resolve scheduling and material delays in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations coordination, logistics, purchasing, or production scheduling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, production staff, vendors, and customers.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and take ownership of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between Sales and Production.
• Schedule customer orders and production timelines.
