Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to ensure finished goods are in the right location at the right time across our warehouse network. You will work closely with Production Planning and Customer Logistics to balance inventory and manage order readiness.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP experience (Infor M3). You will collaborate across teams and 3PL partners in a fast-paced, dairy-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience with multi-site or 3PL warehouse networks and product movement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate finished goods movement with production schedules and demand signals.
• Monitor order readiness and inventory risk; communicate shortfalls or surpluses to stakeholders.
• Plan inter-facility shuttle and transfer activity across plants and warehouses.
• Track network inventory positioning and recommend corrective transfers.
• Collaborate with 3PLs to coordinate inbound/outbound movements and resolve issues.
• Identify slow-moving or at-risk inventory and support corrective action plans.
• Generate KPIs and reports on inventory, order readiness, and transfer efficiency.
• Support supply chain planning models with current data.
