Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant in Washington, MO 63090 for a 12-month contract. The role pays $19-29 per hour on W2 and requires the ability to work independently and with a team. Shifts are 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, SAP entry, shipping documentation, and assisting the supply chain manager with distribution planning. Candidates must have at least 1 year in a production shipping role and be legally eligible to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production shipping role required; supply chain experience preferred.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Order entry of all sales and change orders into SAP in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all work orders are scanned onto the network.
• Accurately prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.

• Other duties as assigned.

Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant with a client in Washington MO 63090 for 12 months contract.

Position: Supply Chain Assistant

Pay rate: $19-29/hr on W2 (The pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Work setting: Washington MO 63090

Job Type: 12 months (possible extension)

Shift: 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30PM

POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the Supply Chain team this position will be responsible for providing superior service throughout the entire order and fulfillment process. The Supply Chain Assistant must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Supply Chain Assistant effectively communicates with members of various departments, such as operations, supply chain, management, procurement, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and print work orders
• Audit work orders prior to the release to the production floor
• Order entry of all sales and change orders into SAP in a timely fashion
• Ensure all work orders are scanned onto the network
• Accurately prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing shipments
• Assist the supply chain manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods
• Other duties as assigned

• Highly organized and efficient in time management
• Proficient knowledge of SAP or similar ERP System
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft 365
• Ability to perform well without close supervision
