Job summary

Elemis in New York's Head Office is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily order operations across e-commerce, QVC, returns, and service activities. You will collaborate with the Director of Supply Chain and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce order flow by monitoring orders and resolving fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate QVC orders, fulfillment follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate e-commerce and QVC returns, tracking activity and resolution.
• Respond to customer service inquiries about orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Partner with warehouse to resolve shipment discrepancies and recurring issues.
• Track open issues through resolution and communicate updates to teams.
• Support spa-related inquiries and provide timely information and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records for orders, returns, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Identify trends or gaps and escalate appropriately.

Supply Chain Coordinator

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year

Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports day-to-day customer and order operations across e-commerce, QVC, returns, and service-related activities. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and sitting within our Operations Department, this role partners closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure orders, returns, inquiries, and operational issues are handled accurately, efficiently, and with strong follow-through.

What You Will Do:

• Support daily e-commerce order flow by monitoring orders, identifying exceptions, and helping resolve fulfillment or shipping issues.
• Manage operational activities for QVC orders, including order coordination, fulfillment follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate e-commerce and QVC returns, ensuring return activity is tracked, communicated, and resolved appropriately.
• Respond to and investigate customer service inquiries related to orders, shipments, returns, delivery issues, and other supply chain matters.
• Partner closely with the warehouse to investigate shipment discrepancies, order exceptions, recurring issues, and fulfilment concerns.
• Track open operational issues through resolution and communicate timely updates to the appropriate teams.
• Support spa-related inquiries and operational requests, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely information and resolution.

• Experience in supply chain, operations, customer service, order management, logistics.
• Order Management: knowledge of order management processes and tools including ERP's and Excel.
• Collaboration: partners with internal teams and external stakeholders including the Warehouse team on a daily basis, ensuring information flows seamlessly and efforts are aligned to common goals.
• Problem solving: able to investigate, source information from multiple stakeholders and partners, and offer recommendations, seeing things through until resolved.
• Commercial awareness: maintains awareness of risks and opportunities to deliver commercial results, prioritises with commerciality, and offers recommendations to protect commercial goals.
• Data management: comfortable analyzing data and actioning insights, able to deliver reports for various stakeholders, and passionate about data integrity.
