Job summary

H Mart in New Jersey is seeking an e‑commerce operations specialist to maintain product listings and support order processing, inventory management, and customer support. You will assist in rolling out new tools and procedures to boost efficiency and work with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• At least 4-5 years of relevant CS/e-commerce experience preferred
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• Customer-first mindset, comfortable handling shipping/return issues

• Assist in data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
• Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
• Monitor order status and resolve issues related to shipping, returns, and exchanges.
• Update inventory records and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed.
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory counts and work with the team to resolve them.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Business Success team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.

Salary Range:

$56,500 - 86,600
