Customer Service and Order Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding product availability, order status, lead times, shipping, and delivery expectations.
  • Provide a high level of personalized service through proactive and professional communication.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure specifications, pricing, and delivery instructions are properly documented.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, vendors, and logistics partners to keep orders moving efficiently.
  • Communicate delays or changes clearly and work toward practical solutions that minimize client disruption.
  • Respond to customer questions by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing dependable follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Support the internal sales team with order updates, product information, and customer-related needs.
Reporting and Process Improvement
