Job summary

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Receiving & Shipping Coordinator in Atlanta, GA onsite to own the flow of materials from receiving through shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes warehouse operations, ERP execution, inventory control, and collaboration with Operations, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to keep projects on schedule, with a 10% bonus opportunity and medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Strong inventory control and transaction management experience.
• Understanding of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or distribution environments.
• Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping activities.
• Receive, inspect, and process materials and equipment.
• Manage inventory transactions within ERP system.
• Support production planning and material flow activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners.
• Generate shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing slips.
• Assist with warehouse organization, staging, and material movement.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Help support implementation and optimization of a new ERP platform.

A rapidly growing manufacturing operation supporting large-scale data center construction projects is seeking a Supply Chain Receiving & Shipping Coordinator to play a critical role in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and ERP execution. What You'll Do
