Job summary

GE Aerospace offers a Supply Chain Operations Internship across multiple U.S. locations, focused on forecasting, planning, fulfillment, logistics, sourcing, and supplier management. This program serves as a springboard to the OMLP after graduation.

You will participate in hands-on experiences within a fast-paced shop floor environment, learning lean practices, and applying problem-solving skills to real-world manufacturing challenges. Eligibility includes prior GE internship and 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Prior GE Aerospace internship experience is required.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Attending a full-time registered bachelor or graduate program.
• Willingness to work in any of the 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations.
• Reliable transportation to sites without public transit.

Responsibilities

• Learn state-of-the-art manufacturing methods.
• Support manufacturing and repair processes for components and engine assembly.
• Maintain high-quality standards via risk assessment and corrective action.
• Ensure safe work conditions through EHS initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive productivity and on-time delivery.
• Develop project management and negotiation skills with suppliers.
