Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrollment in a full-time bachelor or graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Learn state-of-the-art manufacturing methods.
• Support manufacturing and repair processes for component hardware and/or engine assembly.
• Maintain quality via risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and statistical controls.
• Ensure safe work conditions via EHS initiatives.
• Learn and apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive productivity, on-time delivery, process capability, and stable operations.
• Support delivery efforts for sourced components by working with shops and suppliers while building project management and negotiation skills.
