Job summary

GE Aerospace is offering an internship in Supply Chain Operations in the United States. You will participate in materials forecasting, planning, fulfillment, logistics, and sourcing activities at assigned sites, with exposure to both manufacturing and supplier management.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or graduate program with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and willing to work across GE Aerospace locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Full-time registered, nationally accredited bachelor or graduate program.
• Willingness to work in 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations.
• Reliable transportation for sites without public transit.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply state-of-the-art manufacturing methods.
• Support manufacturing and repair processes for component hardware and engine assembly.
• Maintain high quality via risk assessment, root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Support EHS initiatives to ensure safe work conditions.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive productivity and on-time delivery.
• Assist in delivering components by coordinating with shops and suppliers.
