Qualifications

• GPA ≥ 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor or graduate program.
• Willing to work at 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Learn state-of-the-art methods of manufacturing.
• Support manufacturing and repair processes for components and engine assembly.
• Maintain quality via risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and SPC.
• Ensure safe work conditions via EHS initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive productivity and on-time delivery.
• Develop project management, negotiation, and business acumen with suppliers.
