Job summary

ICL Group in St. Louis, MO, invites a Supply Chain Co-Op to dive into inventory planning and warehouse operations. You will collaborate across departments and with global teams to optimize service and efficiency, while learning our end-to-end supply chain processes.

You will also help monitor North American distribution, prepare monthly partner reports, and gain exposure to leadership. This paid co-op requires a planned hybrid schedule and offers real-world experience in a global company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, logistics, or related field.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn ERP software such as SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple departments and communicate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work with planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels.
• Engage with departments and global teams to understand supply chain operations.
• Regularly update management on North America distribution network status.
• Prepare monthly reports interfacing with international partners to maintain target inventories.
