Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability
• Weekly meetings with cross functional teams providing updated delivery dates and identifying priorities
• Support process- and/or inventory productivity improvement projects across Brand and Logistics functions
• Gain appreciation for Supply Chain Planning and demonstrate analytics capability by end of assignment
• Lead inventory flow meetings and facilitate discussions with cross functional supply chain teams
• Provide feedback on and enhance SOP documentation and on-boarding process
• Develop relationships with MP&A, Store Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Production; provide analytics and insights
• Create a development plan for the duration of the assignment and participate in weekly check-ins
• Participate in self-evaluation and formal performance evaluations at mid and end of assignment
