Job summary

Organon LLC is offering a hybrid co-op in the US Supply Chain Operations group, focused on Demand Planning & Fulfillment and Distribution & Logistics. The role supports the Demand Planning & Fulfillment branch to ensure reliable supply to the US market, collaborating with Marketing and Finance to review forecasts and demand drivers.

The position targets Drexel University students but others will be considered.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to examine data and draw conclusions.
• Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, PowerBI or SAP is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field.
• Engineering background in Chemical/Mechanical/Engineering fields is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain demand and supply planning systems with data accuracy and parameters control.
• Support demand aspects for product launches and phase changes.
• Monitor targets and identify drivers for forecast accuracy metrics.
• Collaborate in Market/Brand IBP.
• Collect business intelligence from Market stakeholders for 36 months.
• Participate in opportunities for social outreach.
