Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Supply Chain Co-Op in North America (Rogers, AR) for July 2027 to May 2028. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize end-to-end supply chains, focusing on cost and service improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s pursuit in supply chain/related fields and strong analytics. Hybrid work arrangement, with exposure to SAP (S/4Hana) and other ERP systems, and opportunities to affect order management, inventory and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H1-B)
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
• Able to commit to full-time (40 hours/week) during July 2027–May 2028
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience on cross-functional teams
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and build relationships to understand customer expectations and internal capabilities
• Identify, plan, and execute end-to-end solutions that improve service and reduce costs
• Analyze customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network products to optimize service and logistics
• Contribute to process and systems improvements affecting order/inventory management and dashboards
• Support order fulfillment and integration with operating companies, distribution and forecasting efforts
• Resolve data integrity, shipping, and pricing discrepancies through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Utilize SAP (S/4Hana), BW, EDI and ERP systems for advanced analytics
• Process orders and manage logistics to optimize cost and service
