Job summary

Organon LLC is seeking a co-op in the US Supply Chain Operations group, based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role is a hybrid assignment (~3 days remote, 2 days in the office, Wednesday anchor day) from March to August 2027, targeting Drexel University students but others may apply.

You will gain exposure to foreign trade, distribution, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Trade Operations, Procurement, and Regulatory materials.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability to examine data and draw conclusions.
• Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, PowerBI or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient in MS Office.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain demand and supply planning systems with data accuracy.
• Support demand aspects for product launches and changes.
• Monitor targets and identify drivers for Forecast Accuracy Metrics.
• Collaborate in Market/Brand IBP.
• Collect business intelligence from Market stakeholders over 36 months.
• Participate in opportunities for social outreach.
