Rohde & Schwarz, based in Maryland, is seeking a versatile supply chain professional to drive change management, production planning, and material accountability within SAP. You will partner with Engineering, Design Engineering, Operations, Quality and Materials to review ECNs and ensure alignment of BOMs and production orders. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

The role requires a technical B.S. or 7+ years in SAP-driven environments, and involves 10% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience in supply chain, production planning, or engineering change workflows.
• Experience with SAP-driven production environments and material substitutions.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to transactional integrity and material tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as core member on project change committees reviewing ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs.
• Act as liaison between Director of Supply Chain and multiple functions.
• Manage change workflows and material substitutions in response to schedule shifts.
• Provide direction on material re-assignment and repurposing under production orders in SAP.
• Document logs and report metrics back to leadership.
• Lead and mentor project team members on SAP practices and risk mitigation.
