Job summary

You will mentor team members, track change metrics, and escalate risks to the Director of Supply Chain while coordinating with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Change committee participation and supply chain advocacy on ECRs, ECOs, ECNs.
• Cross-functional liaison linking the Director of Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Materials, procurement, and manufacturing plants.
• Manage change workflows for schedule shifts and material substitutions.
• Provide SAP duties including material re-assignment and inventory integrity.
• Document meeting logs and report metrics and risks to leadership.
• Lead and mentor direct reports and project teams on procedures, SAP, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.
