Rohde & Schwarz, Frederick, MD, seeks a strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the warehouse and broader material-flow functions within our production-support operations. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, KPI governance, and continuous improvement in a high‑reliability manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include directing warehouse strategy, KPI definition, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure JIT material availability, SAP/WMS governance, and ISO/AS quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or material handling with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, analysts, or equivalent teams.
• Experience developing warehouse strategies, KPIs, and continuous-improvement roadmaps.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and familiarity with WMS.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction and performance expectations for warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Analysts.
• Oversee material-flow strategy across receiving, inventory, shipping and internal distribution.
• Partner with production for just-in-time material availability and disruption prevention.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, throughput, lead times, service levels, productivity, and cost.
• Manage warehouse operating budget, labor allocation, and capex plans for equipment and systems.
• Use data to identify constraints and guide improvement priorities.
• Oversee SAP/WMS data integrity and asset visibility; lead Lean Six Sigma and other improvements.
