Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Advanced Compensation – Senior HR Technical Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide hands‑on technical leadership for our Workday compensation ecosystem. This role is accountable for technical readiness, solution analysis, requirements definition, testing support, and operational stability for annual and off‑cycle compensation events, while helping mature Job Catalog and Job Profile capabilities. Reporting to the HR Technology Manager, the ideal candidate is a proven senior analyst or technical HR systems professional, comfortable working close to the system, data, and delivery details. The successful candidate will be able to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, partner closely with configuration and integration teams, support testing and defect resolution, and drive reliable execution in a complex HR technology environment. This is an execution‑focused role that requires strong technical depth, attention to detail, and day‑to‑day ownership, rather than broad strategic product leadership. This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
