Job summary

The University of Iowa Health Care Supply Chain Department seeks a Supply Chain Associate to manage supplies at the Integrated Services Center (ISC) in Coralville, IA. Duties include daily materials handling, order fulfillment via PeopleSoft, and inventory control. Occasional travel to Iowa City may be required to support operations.

Responsibilities cover picking, packing, shipping, receiving, discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory across the ISC and hospital departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of related supply chain, inventory, warehouse, receiving, or materials management experience.
• Ability to follow written procedures and use computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily materials functions for the Procedural Perpetual Inventory (PPI) at the Integrated Services Center (ISC).
• Pick, verify, pack, and ship supply orders using PeopleSoft; communicate discrepancies.
• Receive, label, stock, and organize inventory; perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
