Job summary

University of Iowa is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to serve as a liaison for clinics and operating rooms across the hospital and ISC. You will locate supplies using Excel, SPM, and Tableau, and maintain prompt communication with hospital staff for emergencies and requests.

This full-time, on-campus role in Iowa City requires mobility to move throughout the hospital, lift up to 25 pounds, and position yourself for inventory on high or low shelving, with a 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
• Prompt communication with hospital staff regarding emergencies and requests.
• Ability to move throughout hospital, move up to 25 pounds, and frequently transport heavy case carts.
• Ability to position self to handle inventory on high or low shelving.

Responsibilities
