Job description

Location: Onsite - Thousand Oaks, CA (PST preferred)

Compensation: $27/$31 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role

Join a big biopharma leader’s onsite supply chain team supporting material processing, picking, dispensing, staging, and delivery for manufacturing operations. This warehouse-based role demands strong attention to detail, flexibility, and compliance with cGMP and safety protocols. Shift work between day and swing is required, with full adherence to cleanroom gowning standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, cGMP, GDP, and safety procedures
  • Process, pick, dispense, stage, and deliver materials for biopharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Safely handle materials, including operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (training provided)
  • Gown to Grade 8-9 and perform work in classified dispensary and cleanroom areas
  • Weigh powders and liquids accurately following procedural guidance
  • Identify and elevate risks in dispensing or warehouse activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for warehousing and dispensing operations
  • Support regulatory inspections and present information to auditors
  • Maintain Kanban system for consumables and support external warehouse requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement, team activities, safety, and operational excellence projects
Required Experience & Skills
  • Ability to work rotating day and swing shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and operate material handling equipment
  • Keen attention to safety and flexibility to changing priorities
  • Willingness to perform physical work onsite in warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent areas
Preferred Qualifications
  • GMP/GDP experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Dispensing, or Warehousing
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Experience with documentation revisions in CDOCS
  • Knowledge of DQMS, QMTS, deviation investigations, and CAPA processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills
  • Experience with Powered Industrial Vehicles and weighing operations
  • Prior involvement in operational excellence projects and metric reporting
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams
Top 3 Must Have Skills

1. Pharmaceutical GMP/GDP experience

2. Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP/MES, AI tools

3. Manufacturing or Supply Chain experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
