Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Security Specialist to join the Supply Chain Asset Protection team. You will manage a diverse group of hourly Security Specialists within a dynamic distribution environment and partner with 3PL providers to protect assets and improve operations.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in risk management, engineering, or business and 1-3 years of Retail AP experience. Preferred certifications include CSP, ASP, WSO, ARM, and OSHA training.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or other related degree.
• 1-3 years Retail AP experience (Distribution or retail stores).
• Preferences: CSP, ASP, WSO, ARM Certification; OSHA 10 or 30 Hour are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders, 3PLs and Asset Protection Managers to review policies and processes.
• Manages and develops a diverse team of Lowe’s Security Specialists in a supply chain environment.
• Oversees internal controls and product quality audit program adjustments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive profitability across the network.
• Provide training, governance, and oversight of network processes.
