Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead safety, shrink reduction, and security initiatives across the store. You will monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns, coach associates, and work with store leadership to deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining a safe environment.

This role requires strong knowledge of safety regulations, experience in retail loss prevention, and the ability to respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, directing and performance management.
• Knowledge of safety, hazmat, shrink and security practices in retail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns for the store.
• Partner with leadership to ensure friendly, professional, timely customer service.
• Champion initiatives and establish controls to improve safety, shrink and security outcomes.
