Job summary
Carvana is seeking a techno-functional IT support analyst to support Supply Chain/Logistics applications and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will investigate issues, work with vendors and engineers, and contribute to the development lifecycle to improve application functionality.
The role demands hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while supporting end users.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in Application Support or similar roles with hands-on issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics applications and related processes.
- Good understanding of Change management and SDLC.
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and query writing preferred.
- Knowledge of Tableau reporting solutions and/or any programming language a plus.
- Knowledge of Jira or other issue tracking tools, Splunk or similar monitoring tools is advantageous.
- Ability to create design documents, SOPs, and technical support documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Supply Chain/Logistics applications; investigate and resolve issues; coordinate with vendors and engineers.
- Participate in SDLC to understand application functionality.
- Assist in configuring Supply Chain/Logistics applications to meet business objectives.
- Triage and resolve technical issues related to the applications.
- Assist with prioritization of tickets, enhancements, and stabilization efforts.
