Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with grace and resourcefulness.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Ability to manage employee and customer experience, even when interactions get messy.
• Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, and employee experience.
• Mentor and develop team members; participate in community outreach and training programs.
• Operate autonomously with strong decision-making; report to leadership with growth potential and direct link to Carvana’s home office in Phoenix.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
