Job summary

Topy-America in Frankfort, KY seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to manage customer shipments, work orders and finished goods inventory, ensuring on-time delivery and clear liaison with customer plants and logistics providers.

Role requires knowledge of production planning, EDI processes, and strong MS Office skills. You will monitor production reports and coordinate with shipping to maintain efficient material flow in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Plex Systems.
• Ability to staff and produce quality materials within tight timeframes while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and report daily shortages inventories with Paint Line.
• Oversee inbound and outbound EDI with all customers and suppliers.
• Use customer EDI for daily schedules and outbound logistics.
• Oversee all customer portals for Supply Chain and logistics.
• Manage logistics portals for outbound scheduling of customer pickups.
• Enter Non-EDI orders and Shipping Requests daily.
• Prepare daily production reports for all production lines (Rim, Disc, Paint, HTC).
• Arrange trucking for daily loading/unloading of Finished Goods and returns.
• Collaborate with Shipping Supervisor to ensure on-time packaging of parts.
• Conduct AIAG MMOG yearly assessment.
• Adhere to TAI quality system in all duties.
• Interface with production and purchasing regarding material status and issues.
• Promote positive morale within the department.
