Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage purchase orders for residential equipment.
• Maintain balanced inventory within budget across 21 warehouses companywide for assigned product families.
• Forecast demand using sales trends, historical data, and seasonal patterns.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance for cost savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inbound shipments.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and generate inventory reports.
• Support sales staff with product availability and lead time inquiries.
