Job summary

ICEE seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize the flow of parts and products from suppliers to customers. You will analyze data, control inventory, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance.

You will use JD Edwards, Excel, and SQL to collect and interpret data, develop KPIs, forecast demand, collaborate with the Sales Team, and report insights to management for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (supply chain, business administration, etc.).
• 3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• 3-5 years' experience using JD Edwards (JDE) systems.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data (usage, inventory, demand, supplier performance).
• Performance monitoring: develop KPIs for parts usage, lead times, on-time delivery, and order fulfillment.
• Forecasting and planning: develop demand forecasts for Core 1/2 products and consumables.
• Inventory control: analyze service equipment and parts usage; determine optimal center inventories.
• Supplier management: assess OEM/3rd party delivery capabilities and monitor performance.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to reduce costs and waste; drive efficiency.
• Supply chain optimization: identify improvement areas in supply chain network; propose changes.
• Reporting and communication: produce and present insights to stakeholders to drive decisions.
