You will analyze customer issues related to product orders and shipments, improve processes, and drive key performance metrics. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with key customers.

The position focuses on analyzing data, developing SOPs, and leading continuous improvement projects to optimize distribution operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 6 months of analytical work in supply chain/operations.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• 6 months of working experience using SAP.
• Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tasks related to ATG Operations.
• Establish ATG supply chain performance metrics and trends based on customer feedback.
• Respond to customer fines and penalties.
• Establish key SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Build and/or maintain scorecards for key customers.
• Build relationships with key customers.
• Lead cross-functional team to resolve key issues.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects.
