Job summary

KLA is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support the Customer Spare and Part Escalation business within KLA Services (SSO). This role emphasizes operational reporting, analytics, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, AI or similar analytic tools is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

Analyze escalation demand trends, operational performance, and service fulfillment data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop, maintain, and report KPIs related to backlog health, order fulfillment, service levels, lead times, and escalation rates.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues, improve workflows, and drive project completion.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and KPI visibility.
Perform root cause analysis on order delays, backlog growth, inventory shortages, and system‑related issues with corrective recommendations.
Monitor escalation demand patterns to identify drivers and opportunities to reduce expedited orders and improve planning accuracy.
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across BI platforms.
Support SAP S/4HANA requirements gathering, process flows, and reporting needs.
