Job summary

KLA in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support the Customer Spare and Part Escalation business within KLA Services. This role emphasizes operational reporting, analytics, process improvement, and cross-collaboration to enhance the customer experience.

You will work with data on backlog, order fulfillment, and service levels; develop KPIs; and partner with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support to drive projects and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data, metrics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalation demand trends, backlog health, and service levels.
• Develop and report KPIs across backlog, orders, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support.
• Lead process standardization and automation to improve efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis on delays and inventory issues.
• Ensure data integrity across BI and reporting platforms.
• Gather SAP S/4HANA requirements and assist reporting needs.
