Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Supply Chain professional to perform ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to leadership. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve processes, collecting data to diagnose issues, and gathering requirements from experts for solutions development and onboarding.

You will interact across teams to drive value, efficiency, and better forecasting in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Finance, IT, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Travel under 10%.
Relocation provided None.

Responsibilities

Perform ad hoc analysis directed by Supply Chain leadership.
Communicate with leadership and peers, including team progress, business value, presentations.
Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate current business processes to provide recommendations for process improvements or changes.
Collect data to identify root-cause of problems.
Gather business requirements through interviewing subject-matter experts and documenting business requirements for solutions analysis, development, and user onboarding.
