Job summary

KLA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Customer Spare and Part Escalation business within KLA Services (SSO). The role focuses on operational reporting, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive improved customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and comfortable partnering with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support to resolve complex supply chain issues. Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with related work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated with data.
• Experience with data, metrics, and reporting tools for insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI; AI tools a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalation demand trends, operational performance, and service data to spot gaps.
• Identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and report KPIs related to backlog, orders, service levels, and lead times.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis on delays, backlog growth, and inventory issues.
• Monitor escalation patterns to reduce expedited orders and improve planning.
• Ensure data integrity across BI and reporting platforms.
• Gather and validate SAP S/4HANA requirements and reporting needs.
