Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business or equivalent experience.
3+ years of progressive leadership responsibility in a distribution environment.
Track record of achieving growth and profitability targets while improving efficiency and quality.
Ability to delegate and hold others accountable to deliver KPI's.
Effective communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Analyze workload and ensure staffing plans support demand.
Ensure the team operates safely and competently across all duties.
Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with central resources to improve warehouse flow.
Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and 5S initiatives.
Lead and develop direct reports to ensure bench depth and talent pipelines.
