Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist – Design to Value to collaborate with engineering, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams. The role emphasizes reducing total delivered cost while maintaining quality and customer experience, with a strong focus on early design decisions and value optimization.

You will work within the DTV CI group, supporting cost prioritization, material substitution, supplier consolidation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and supply chain improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain material master data and planning parameters for reliable MRP.
• Support supplier development, qualification, and alternate sourcing to strengthen continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance with QA and stakeholders.
• Prepare purchase orders and expedite materials for production.
• Analyze demand and align purchasing with forecasts and production schedules.
• Identify and communicate supply risks to operations.
• Develop BI dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for DTV and CI initiatives.
