Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Analyst, Transportation Sourcing to assist in procuring freight spend and support the procurement strategy. You will contribute to RFP processes, manage bid events, and onboard carriers while providing analytics for cost and service optimization.

The role focuses on domestic transportation modalities including truckload, intermodal, drayage, LTL, and small package, with collaboration across Legal, Risk, and Freight Payment teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in transportation or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review capacity solutions for Domestic Truckload, Intermodal, Drayage, LTL, and Small Package.
• Evaluate and onboard new carriers; maintain carrier and shipper agreements.
• Analyze and report to support procurement strategy and cost/service optimization.
• Develop and maintain carrier performance scorecards and analytics.
