Job summary

RealTruck seeks a Manager of Material Control and Logistics to oversee material flow, planning, and execution across internal and external operations. You will liaise with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Sales teams to align with production plans and inventory targets.

Lead the production schedule, optimize supplier relationships, and mentor the materials team while driving cost savings and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related or technical field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow, planning, and execution across internal/external operations.
• Lead the production schedule and develop optimal plans with manufacturing constraints.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient flow of parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory targets and delivery promises.
• Mentor and develop the plant’s materials organization.
• Provide production status updates and implement countermeasures.
