Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain/Logistics associate to support the Carney’s Point, NJ warehouse. You will collaborate across Store Operations, Merchandising, and partners to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.

• 1–2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related fields.
• Degree or pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Wawa store experience a plus.
• Must have good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP, Microstrategy, and Power BI a plus.
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations at the warehouse in Carney’s Point, NJ.
• Work cross-functionally with Store Operations, Merchandising, operations partners, and other extended business partners.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate supply chain performance metrics.
• Leverage reporting and analytics to identify trends, highlight risks, and elevate supplier performance, channel execution, and inventory management issues.
• Support weekly and monthly warehouse performance reviews.
• Analyze operational KPIs and drive accountability for performance improvement initiatives.
• Support tobacco returns management from stores to the warehouse and reclamation centers.
• Assist daily execution of the grocery distribution environment, including new store support, license tracking, open order schedules, and out-of-stocks.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and review store issues for trends.
• Assist with purchase order management, invoice approval, invoice accuracy, and PO balance management.
