- Complete three 12-month supply chain development rotations
- Gain direct experience in Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution, and Procurement
- Develop capabilities through cross-functional experiences, education, and development
- Gain leadership development and exposure to supply chain processes, procedures, and tools
- Develop experience in Safety, Quality, SAP, Transportation, and LEAN/Operational Excellence
- Prepare for a future role within the Supply Chain organization
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain or related field
- Strong academic performance; Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability and desire to relocate within the organization
- Ability to travel up to 15%
