Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Supply Technician to support daily receipt, inspection, and accountability of Army equipment at a contractor site. The role ensures compliance with Army regulations, maintains records, and verifies documentation throughout the turn-in process.

You will handle warehousing, MHE operation, and coordination with Army personnel to ensure timely processing, aided by strong recordkeeping and software skills. A 75% travel requirement is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Knowledge of Army logistics functions and documentation.
• 2–4 years in logistics, warehousing, or supply (Army/contractor env. preferred).
• Familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability ops.

Mansioni

• Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from Army units per AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Verify turn-in documentation (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for accuracy.
• Conduct visual inspections and apply condition codes (A–H).
• Identify, segregate, and tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
• Enter data into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) timely and accurately.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation, discrepancy research, and property adjustments.
• Maintain accountability of equipment/material throughout turn-in; support audits/PARs.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE; follow Army/OSHA safety.
• Provide assistance to unit supply personnel during turn-in; coordinate with supervisors, QA, and transport.
• Must travel 75% of the time.
