Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Supply Technician to manage daily receipt, inspection, and processing of Army equipment at a contractor-operated site in Fort Carson. You will ensure documentation accuracy, update property records, and support the Army’s accountability mission.

You will verify forms (DA 1348-1A, DD 200), conduct inspections, and maintain GCSS-Army/DPAS/LMP entries while adhering to ARs and safety standards. Travel and MHE operation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Army logistics functions and documentation processes.
• Ability to interpret supply documents (DA and DD forms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from Army units per applicable ARs and DA PAMs.
• Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct visual inspections and assign condition codes for serviceability.
• Identify, segregate, and tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
• Enter data into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
• Maintain accountability of equipment throughout the turn-in process.
• Support audits, PARs, and inspections by COR or Army officials.
• Operate MHE and follow OSHA/Army safety standards.
